Service Scope

Janitor / V-Square acts solely as a service connector between Customers and independent service personnel such as Maid, Nanny, Aya, Baby Care, Office Boys, Marketing Boys, Telecallers, etc.

Candidate Profiles & Interview

Based on your requirement, we will share suitable candidate profiles. After interviews, kindly inform us of the finalized candidate to proceed further.

In-Office Verification

Upon candidate selection, we will conduct a basic in-office verification. Please notify us promptly once the candidate is finalized.

Employment Relationship & Responsibility (Revised Clause)

The employment engagement, supervision, and day-to-day working arrangement are strictly between the Customer (Employer) and the selected Candidate. Janitor / V-Square does not act as an employer, guarantor, or supervisor of the candidate and does not participate in the employment contract beyond connecting both parties.

Due Diligence & Safety Advisory

Customers are advised to exercise reasonable care by securing valuables and ensuring proper supervision of the engaged personnel, as the nature of domestic and support services involves working in personal or sensitive environments.

Background & Police Verification (Optional Service)

If the Customer requires police verification or criminal background checks, the same can be arranged either independently by the Customer or through us as a separate, chargeable third-party service, subject to availability and consent.

Payments & Salary Matters

All salary payments, advances, benefits, working hours, leave, and related matters are strictly between the Customer and the Candidate. Janitor / V-Square bears no responsibility for disputes arising from these arrangements.

Service Charges & Replacement Policy

₹2,000 – Registration Fee (payable to initiate the hiring process)

₹5,000 – Service Charge (payable on the joining date)

This includes free replacement within 3 months, subject to service terms.

No Advance to Candidates

⚠️ Please do not make any advance payments to candidates. Janitor / V-Square is not liable for any payments made directly to candidates outside our service framework.

Identity Proof Recommendation

If you are not opting for our address verification service, we strongly recommend collecting Aadhaar or valid government ID proof from the candidate for your records.

Acceptance

Please reply “I AGREE” to confirm acceptance of the above terms and conditions so we may proceed with the hiring process.
