Cancellation Policy

Before Candidate Finalization

Customer may cancel anytime before finalizing a candidate. Registration fee remains non-refundable.

After Candidate Finalization

If cancelled after candidate selection but before joining, administrative charges may apply.

After Joining

If cancellation occurs after candidate joins, it is treated as employer-employee termination. No refund applicable.

Service Rights

Janitor / V-Square reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of misuse, fraud, or non-payment.
