Service Scope

Janitor / V-Square acts solely as a service connector between Customers and independent service personnel such as Maid, Nanny, Aya, Baby Care, Office Boys, Marketing Boys, Telecallers, etc.

Candidate Profiles & Interview

Based on your requirement, we will share suitable candidate profiles. After interviews, kindly inform us of the finalized candidate to proceed further.

In-Office Verification

Upon candidate selection, we will conduct a basic in-office verification. Please notify us promptly once the candidate is finalized.

Employment Relationship & Responsibility

The employment engagement, supervision, and day-to-day working arrangement are strictly between the Customer (Employer) and the selected Candidate. Janitor / V-Square does not act as an employer, guarantor, or supervisor of the candidate.

Due Diligence & Safety Advisory

Customers are advised to exercise reasonable care by securing valuables and ensuring proper supervision of the engaged personnel.

Background & Police Verification (Optional)

Police verification or background checks can be arranged independently or through us as a chargeable third-party service.

Payments & Salary Matters

All salary payments, advances, benefits, working hours, and leave matters are strictly between the Customer and the Candidate.

Service Charges & Replacement Policy

• ₹2,500 – Registration Fee (to start process)
• ₹6,000 – Service Charge (on joining date)

This includes free replacement within 3 months, subject to service terms.

Identity Proof Recommendation

We strongly recommend collecting Aadhaar or valid government ID proof from the candidate for your records.

Acceptance

Please reply “I AGREE” to confirm acceptance of the terms and proceed with the hiring process.
